Assessment & Therapy Planning
Every participant begins with an initial assessment to ensure music therapy is purposeful, effective, and aligned with desired therapeutic outcomes.
This will include understanding your individual strengths and needs, reviewing your current NDIS goals, identifying areas for development, and then completing a music therapy assessment to create an individualised program plan.
Progress Reports & Reviews
Progress notes are written after each session to clearly document progression on therapeutic outcomes achieved in Music Therapy.
Prior to an NDIS plan reassessment—or at the end of a therapy period—a detailed report is prepared outlining provided music therapy services, outcomes achieved, progress on NDIS goals and recommendations to support future funding decisions.
